Description:

This rectangular U shape features a clean, angular profile formed by three linear segments arranged in a "U" configuration. The vertical sides are parallel and evenly spaced, joined at the bottom by a perpendicular base segment, creating a crisp, right-angled interior. All edges meet at 90-degree angles, giving the piece a defined and structured appearance.

Applications:

This geometric form is ideal for use as a bracket, channel, or support fixture in mechanical assemblies or structural frames. It can serve as a mounting cradle for small electronics, a guide rail for sliding parts, or a spacer in modular designs. Its simple yet functional shape lends itself well to DIY projects, architectural models, robotics, and customized 3D-printed assemblies where alignment and containment are key.

Processing steps (work in progress)
This is a first version of an idea I had. You can add different modifiers to the generated shape. Currently there is only the drilling machine that can drill a hole in the center (origin) of the shape and rotate.
